Your Mission
- Develop a compelling, market-relevant range of Run / Train apparel & accessories aligned with company strategy.
- Drive product assortment strategies based on retailer and consumer needs, achieving seasonal KPIs.
- Ensure timely execution of seasonal deadlines through the global critical path process.
- Create detailed product briefs for regional and global teams, referencing competitor products.
- Participate actively in Merch Review, Line Freeze, and ESAM meetings to address UKI needs.
- Support sales through account previews and pre-line meetings, providing feedback in a clear format.
- Manage full product setup, including systems, restrictions, embargoes, and trackers.
- Provide market insights, trends, and consumer data to regional and global teams.
- Conduct store visits and prepare reports on retailer and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data and seasonal targets to optimize SKU efficiency.
- Place sample orders strategically to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and pack showrooms at season start and end.
- Coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to execute account and brand plans.
- Identify opportunities outside normal seasonal timings with sales.
- Create and update seasonal sell-in documents using digital tools.
- Contribute to a collaborative and harmonious merchandising team.
- Review weekly updates and follow up on action points.
