Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service. The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.

The Performance Optimisation Coordinator, a pivotal member within thePerformance Marketing Team, plays a crucial role in driving Disney+ subscriber growth. Reporting to theSenior Acquisition Manager, they are responsible for overseeing and executing budget allocations across markets and driving performance insights.

This individualtrack and optimizesmulti-channel marketing budgets aimed at maximizing subscriber acquisition. They leverage a mix of paid media and emerging platforms toenhance visibility, drive conversions, and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Beyond acquisition efforts, they alsoown the day-to-day budgeting for all performance marketing channels, ensuring that these align with financial goals. Their leadership extends to dashboard development, forecasting, and performance analysis to continuously ensure effectiveness.

Collaboration is key in this role, as the Performance Optimisation Coordinator working cross-functionallywith the Global Growth team, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, and broader Marketing teams to develop insights-driven activations.

Additionally, they manage and nurture relationships with key internal partners, and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of media investments.

This role is ideal for adata-driven, results-oriented individualwho thrives in afast-pacedenvironment. The ideal candidate is passionate aboutleveraging data, insights, and creativityto unlock new opportunities, scale acquisition efforts, and drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.

This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, managing and optimising data inputs with daily / weekly / monthly reporting requirements
  • Development of performance-related reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Data Studio or others
  • Ability to forecast based on historical data for the short and long term
  • Providing analytical insight to enable informed decisions across teams

The Experience We Require From You:
Must Have:

  • Experience in Analytics or Performance Marketing managing complex operational processes and data-driven performance
  • Rigor in data processing, extremely comfortable with data in self-serve environments
  • Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • 2yrs+ of professional experience

Nice to have:

  • EMEA / multi-market experience
  • Hands on experience in digital media and relevant platforms
  • Knowledge of advanced media analysis techniques such as MMM
