A governmental organization in England is seeking a Performance Officer to support the performance reporting process. The ideal candidate will analyze performance data, produce reports, and assist in decision-making. Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential. This full-time position offers a salary of £29,620 with comprehensive benefits, including a pension scheme and a flexible working environment.
As a Performance Officer, reporting to the Performance Analyst, you contribute to the performance reporting of the CPS by gathering, collating and presenting high quality performance data from a variety of sources including PowerBI, Excel, Office365 and SAP Business Objects.
You collect, maintain and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making. You support Performance Analyst and Senior Performance Analyst colleagues from within Operational Performance Reporting and Analysis in analysing performance data to identify trends and patterns and recommend actions to address performance issues across CPS as a whole.
The Crown Prosecution Service is based in England and Wales. + you assist in production and dissemination of guidance in relation to Performance reporting across the CPS.
+ you attend performance review management meetings and other meetings as and when required.
+ you provide written and verbal reports on data trends and variances to a variety of audiences internal and external.
+ you deal with queries with regards to performance data and the use of the key data sources across CPS.
+ you ensure accurate performance information is provided to Performance Analyst and Senior Performance Analyst colleagues within OPRA to enable the continuous management of performance, whilst also contributing to the achievement of National priorities and objectives.

+ Working Together, The Crown Prosecution Service has fixed rates for its Executive Officer grade - a developing rate (the starting salary) and a spot rate (the maximum salary). Applicants typically join us on the developing rate and, after completing a 15-month development period, move to the spot rate if your line manager confirms you're performing the role to a satisfactory standard.

Clearance

Reserve list
If you're recommended by the selection panel but not appointed to the current vacancy, you're put on a reserve list for 12 months. We may also approach candidates on the waiting list to fill other roles that require similar knowledge and experience.
