We’re looking for a dedicatedPerformance Nutritionistto lead and deliver best-in-class nutrition support across our Women’s and Girls’ programme.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

  • Shape and implement a forward-thinking nutrition strategy tailored to female athletes.
  • Provide hands-on support at training camps and fixtures, home and away.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a unified, evidence-based approach to performance nutrition.
  • Support recovery, injury rehab, and physiological development with tailored interventions.
  • Work closely with catering and medical teams to optimise player health and performance.

You’ll be part of a high-performance team, committed to clean sport, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for

A proactive, knowledgeable, and collaborative professional with experience in elite sport, a passion for female athlete health, and a drive to make a real impact. You will have experience and a proven track record in the provision of nutrition support to athletes and coaches to improve performance. This experience should include working with national or professional teams and their athletes, ideally within team sports.
