Job summary

Huawei Cambridge invites a performance projection and simulation engineer to join our workload modelling team, shaping performance projections for upcoming server CPUs and NPUs. You will develop tools for workload characterization, tracing and simulation and collaborate with the in-house chip development group.

Qualifications

• Experience with performance projection and workload modelling.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python and Linux.
• Familiar with hardware/architecture research in HPC/servers.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools for workload characterization, tracing and simulation.
• Analyse real-world workloads to extract distinctive features.
• Provide data support to in-house chip development.
• Collaborate with teams on performance projection.
