About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our European performance marketing team. You'll support the Demand Capture (DC) activity across Europe, driving revenue through multiple paid acquisition channels — including Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, and other relevant tactics.
You will play an important part in developing and executing the performance marketing financial plan, delivering traffic and revenue targets across the region, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align media efforts and enhance the consumer experience.

About You
This is a hybrid role based in our Central London office. Office attendance is typically 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), with some flexibility based on business needs.
