Key Responsibilities

* Analyse media trends and platform behaviours to shape weekly campaign strategies
* Build and optimise paid media plans across job boards, search, and social platforms
* Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to budget and placements
* Drive efficiency and reach through smart, data-informed media buying
* Collaborate closely with media teams, campaign managers, and analysts
* Contribute to the development of automated processes and in-house planning capabilities

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

* 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Nice-to-have:

* 4+ years' experience with media mix modelling or job board media
* Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA and fill rate
* Additional language skills (e.g., German, Japanese)
