The job

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns drive high-quality users efficiently, with a focus on ROAS and scalability
  • Identifying platform trends and best practices and applying them to campaigns
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to foster product growth
  • Briefing the creative team to produce top-performing assets
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting key metrics
  • Driving experimentation with marketing partners

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Google Ads
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web
  • Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools (e.g., last-click vs. data-driven attribution, first-party tracking)
  • Proficiency using tools like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar BI platforms to analyze and present performance data
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
  • Market research and competitors analysis

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels
  • Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking, privacy-compliant measurement setups (e.g., Consent Mode, enhanced conversions)
  • Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management (e.g., Google Ads Scripts)
