We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on results and is ready to take full ownership of our paid media strategy. You'll lead the charge across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt and beyond-while constantly testing new platforms to find scalable ways to drive high-quality leads. You'll also manage our SEO agency and work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to optimise for MQL generation and reduce cost-per-lead.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, StackAdapt, and other platforms
  • Identify and test new paid channels and tactics to reach and convert our ICP
  • Manage our SEO agency and align organic strategy with paid activity for maximum impact
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns for CPL, conversion rate, and MQL volume etc
  • Collaborate with designers to brief and produce high-converting creative assets for ads and landing pages
  • Build and iterate landing pages and ad copy with a CRO mindset
  • Report on channel performance and provide actionable insights to the team
  • Work closely with content, product marketing, and sales to ensure messaging and targeting are aligned
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep Partful's marketing cutting-edge

About You:

  • 3+ years in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving qualified leads and optimising paid campaigns
  • Expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and familiar with emerging platforms like StackAdapt
  • Data-driven, ROI-focused, and confident using analytics tools to drive decisions
  • Hands-on and proactive: you're a doer who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Strong communicator and team player who can collaborate cross-functionally
  • Obsessed with testing, learning, and improving - nothing gets you more excited than beating your last CPL
