Description
The Role We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social, to join the Ffern team. They'll report directly to the Head of Growth. The right candidate should have experience scaling Paid Social for a top tier agency or fast-paced consumer brand, and will have developed a strong understanding of the Meta ad platform.

Requirements
Must Haves
- Experience: 2–5 years Paid Social experinces, managing ad budgets at a world-class agency or a fast-growing consumer brand.
- Education: Academic degree from a top-tier university.
- Data driven: Can explain trends and behaviours by diving deep into the data. Knowledge of SQL is a nice to have - although there will be plenty of opportunities to build your knowledge here.
- Meta specialist: Specialised in the Meta ads platform, and you understand the winning strategies for high-growth companies
- Enthusiasm: Passionate about working in the start-up world for a sustainable and mission-driven brand.
- Industry expert: Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
