Job description

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of paid media strategies across various platforms, including social media, SEO, Google Ads and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, explicitly maximising ticket sales and fan engagement
  • Continuously optimising paid media performance through real-time data analysis, audience segmentation and fan behaviour insights
  • Adapting campaign strategies based on real-time shifts in ticket sales, event line-up changes, and fan feedback
  • Leading the evolution and integration of the marketing tech stack, ensuring it supports real-time optimisation and seamless data flow between CRM, analytics, and ad platforms
  • Delivering insights on campaign performance, optimisation and critical trends to internal stakeholders, focusing on driving revenue growth and fan engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in performance marketing, with a focus on ticket sales, fan engagement, and real-time campaign optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms and experience with festival seasonality and campaign phasing
  • Expert knowledge in marketing technology stack management and automation solutions, including CRM, ad platforms, and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue and engagement
  • Experience in the music and live events industry is highly preferred
