We’re working with an industry-leading, purpose-led business that is looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their digital acquisition performance. You’ll be owning and optimising performance marketing channels across paid search, paid social, display and SEO to help grow the customer base and improve acquisition outcomes. You could be a Digital Acquisition Specialist, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist or similar. If you have experience in the Ecommerce sector, this would be highly advantageous!

What you’ll be doing

This role will give you the opportunity to join a passionate and growing team, reporting into the Head of Digital. You’ll be responsible for driving acquisition through a mix of paid media channels, with a strong focus on performance, analytics, SEO, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with media agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns that are insight-led and results-driven. It’s a great mix of hands-on optimisation and strategic oversight. From testing creatives and refining targeting, to reporting on performance and shaping wider customer acquisition plans.

This role would be focusing on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic and more, plus using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to dig into the data and drive better decisions. You'll also collaborate with the Brand, Product and Creative teams to ensure all activity is aligned and effective. Experience working in a high-growth Ecommerce environment would be a real bonus.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience running digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social and/or display

• Solid knowledge of performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROI, CTR etc.)

• Confident using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and similar tools

• Experience working with or managing media agencies

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise campaigns

• A team player with good communication skills and a hands-on approach

• Experienced in SEO best practices and experience in an Ecommerce business.
