The Role

Role Objectives

We seek a performance marketer with a proven track record in driving growth using paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and others. You will be responsible for increasing revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week, with at least 6 hours of overlap with 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain members, optimise ad creatives, and monitor campaign performance to maximise ROI.
• Own the Complete Funnel: Generate leads and revenue through targeted campaigns, track performance from impressions to conversions, and optimise accordingly.
• Budget Management: Allocate PPC and paid social budgets effectively to balance cost and performance.
• Testing: Implement A/B testing hypotheses to improve campaign effectiveness continuously.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Explore New Platforms: Identify and test new advertising opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategies.

Key Performance Indicators

• Drive month-on-month growth in dental cover sales.
• Ensure positive ROI for campaigns.
• Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Ideal Profile & Requirements

Must have extensive experience with paid platforms, proven success with Google and Meta ads, and a growth mindset. Excellent English communication skills and integrity are essential. The role is suited for someone passionate about results and continuous improvement.
