Job description

The role:

The Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for managing key online marketing channels, with a focus on SEO and PPC. The PMM will work with the Direct Marketing Manager, Digital Analytics and Optimisation Manager, and external agencies to drive traffic and improve digital marketing performance.

What you will do:

  • Plan and execute the digital performance marketing strategy, focusing on PPC and SEO, to meet commercial and brand objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external PPC and SEO agencies, overseeing ad campaigns, keywords, and content.
  • Coordinate growth initiatives for PPC, including additional campaigns, site links, messaging, and PLAs.
  • Collaborate with SEO agencies and the eCommerce team to optimise the website for SEO, increase outreach, and develop content marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Work with Product Owners to implement fixes from technical site audits and optimise product feeds for digital channels.
  • Research market trends and new technologies, brainstorm growth strategies, monitor best practices, ensure legal compliance, and collaborate with external stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC and SEO.
  • Preferred experience within a luxury retail environment.
