We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

This role will lead our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, maximising ROI and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing PPC, social media, display advertising, data analysis, strategy refinement, campaign execution, and optimisation. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and our digital marketing agency to generate qualified sales leads and boost conversions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital campaign management, including strategy development, execution, and advanced testing skills like A/B and multivariate testing.

The position is based in Dorking (hybrid), requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week, with flexible hours available.

The Role

Join our marketing team at Kuoni on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. You will lead digital advertising campaigns, focus on ROI, and engage our target audience effectively.

About you & what you’ll be doing
  • Manage paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum conversion at each stage of the customer journey.
  • Work with digital agencies to optimise ROI and generate quality leads and bookings.
  • Manage budgets confidently and seek continuous optimisation.
  • Use data insights from platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, Meta, YouTube, and display ad formats to improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ongoing improvements.
  • Lead and develop a Social Media Executive to deliver compelling social content strategies.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and proactively seek new growth opportunities.
Your first 3 months
  • Get familiar with the business and current paid media strategies.
  • Manage the TOY campaign launch in December.
  • Meet stakeholders, understand the brand, and analyze current strategies.
You will have
Essential
  • Experience in digital campaign management from strategy to execution.
  • Ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, and data manipulation tools.
Desirable
  • Relevant degree and certifications.
  • Experience in landing page optimisation and performance marketing within travel or retail sectors.
