You will:
  • Own and optimise paid media channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, video) to hit customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Analyse and report on marketing mix performance, attribution, and ROI across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data, creative, and product teams to develop and test new growth strategies.
  • Develop insights and recommendations that improve campaign performance and LTV / CAC.
  • Contribute to broader strategic planning for always-on, seasonal, and stunt campaigns.
You have:
  • 3–5 Years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or media buying.
  • Hands-on experience with performance platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic DSPs).
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, MMM, incrementality testing, and customer funnel metrics.
  • Experience analysing data in Excel, Looker, or similar analytics toolsExperience managing budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
