A leading creator economy platform in London is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to own their paid media channels. You will run campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, driving growth and optimizing for key metrics. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, excelling at A/B testing and analytics, ready to contribute to a rapidly scaling team. We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer to take full ownership of our paid media channels — from strategy to execution. You’ll be in-platform daily, running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and beyond, while relentlessly optimising for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
You’ll blend tactical expertise with a strategic growth mindset, building and scaling a high-performance acquisition engine that fuels KOMI’s creator growth.
Platform Execution
Direct ownership of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen) and programmatic DSPs
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across the funnel — from prospecting to retargeting
Test and refine audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and placements for maximum ROI
Creative & Testing
Partner with the creative team to ideate, brief, and analyse high-performing ad assets
Build and manage a structured testing roadmap across hooks, formats, targeting, and landing pages
Run A/B and incrementality tests to continuously improve performance
Measurement & Optimisation
Monitor and optimise campaigns daily to hit CAC/LTV targets
Troubleshoot signal issues and attribution gaps
Enhance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and automation strategies
Growth Strategy & Reporting
Own channel performance, reporting, and budget management
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics to scale acquisition
Share actionable insights and learnings with Growth & Product teams
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to be directly responsible for results. You live in Ads Manager and Google Ads, love testing new ideas, and know how to balance immediate wins with long-term growth plays. You'll own strategy, execution, and optimisation across platforms, working closely with our creative team to unlock rapid, scalable growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience, ideally from a subscription-based business, with a strong track record of driving results through paid social.
5–7+ years managing Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns at scale (client or agency side)
Proven ability to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets in a high-growth brand or startup
Strong analytical skills - you’re comfortable with dashboards, attribution, and SQL a plus
Experience running cross-channel strategies, from creative testing to funnel optimisation
Comfortable troubleshooting pixels, API integrations, and tracking issues
Prior experience in a subscription-based business is a plus.
£50k–£70k salary + high-value early-stage equity
30 days holiday + bank holidays (c. 38 total)
