Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager
Birmingham (Hybrid)
Freelance 3 days a week £300 a day or £45-55k perm DOE
I'm working with a brilliant independent marketing agency that partners with some seriously exciting challenger and FMCG brands. They've carved out a great niche working with food, drink, and lifestyle businesses, and they're on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team.
This is a key hire and a chance to really own the performance side of things-paid media, CRM, email, ecomm, Amazon-you'll get stuck into it all.
What you'll be up to:
Running paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube and Amazon
Owning the email marketing strategy (via Klaviyo), setting up automations, flows and lifecycle journeys
Working closely with clients to boost Shopify site performance and conversion
Managing Amazon Ads and storefronts using SEO and data insights
Getting involved with campaigns on retailer platforms like CitrusAd
Reporting on performance and spotting ways to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and more
Collaborating with the creative team to bring campaigns to life
Mentoring a junior team member and playing a part in wider business growth
What they're looking for:
3-5+ years' experience in performance/digital marketing
Strong across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest etc.
Solid CRM/email knowledge (Klaviyo is a big plus)
Sharp on data and performance metrics-always looking to improve results
Someone who's proactive, commercially minded and loves working across different brands
Agency experience is a bonus but not essential
