Performance Marketing Manager
Circa £55,000 + benefits | Oxfordshire (Hybrid, 3–4 days onsite)
An exciting opportunity to join a much-loved British heritage brand, renowned for its beautifully packaged tea, coffee, and hot chocolate ranges. With a strong UK presence and rapidly growing demand in the US, this company is on a mission to elevate its digital performance marketing to drive global customer growth – and they’re looking for a commercially minded, strategic Performance Marketing Manager to help lead the charge.
This is a pivotal new hire, with full ownership of paid digital acquisition strategy and execution across the UK and US. You’ll manage a multi-channel performance media mix (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Paid Social, Programmatic), directing a trusted agency partner while working cross-functionally with internal teams to maximise ROI.
It’s a true player-manager role – one where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on action, shaping performance marketing direction while getting into the detail of what’s working, what’s not, and where the opportunities lie.
This is a brilliant opportunity to shape the next phase of digital growth for a well-loved brand at a key point in its evolution. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, the backing of a supportive team, and the appetite from the business to invest in what works. If you’ve been looking for a step up into a role where your decisions directly drive growth – and where you can build, test, and scale with impact – this is the one.
