Job Description:

A digital agency based in Warwickshire is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their team, focusing on developing paid campaigns across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in strategising and implementing paid marketing campaigns, preferably within an agency managing multiple clients.

Location: Stratford Upon Avon (two days per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £40,000

• Minimum three years of experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads (including Shopping and PMAX), Meta for Business, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Ability to monitor campaign performance and generate success reports
• Experience managing paid media budgets for efficient monthly spending
• Willingness to collaborate with SEO, CRM, and social teams within the agency
• Experience handling multiple clients across various sectors
