We are currently working with an ecommerce retail business in London.

They are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join their lean and ambitious team to help scale their digital growth engine. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love performance marketing, and want to have a real impact on the direction of a brand, read on.

Paid Social is a significant growth area for the business, and they are seeking an expert to lead the strategy in this domain.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive the Paid Social Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of all paid social channels—Meta, TikTok, and beyond. Define the roadmap, test hypotheses, and optimize for scale and efficiency.
  • Own the Data, Drive the Decisions: Turn performance data into actionable insights. Be hands-on with reporting, attribution, and testing frameworks to ensure smart, scalable decisions across platforms.
  • Lead a Small but Mighty Team: Manage and mentor a growing team of Paid Social Specialists, inspiring and supporting them as media buying and creative output scale.
  • Partner Closely with Creative: Collaborate with in-house and external creative teams to shape effective ads. Your strategic input will be vital from briefing to testing.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing paid social performance at scale (ideally £200k+/month in spend).
  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in attribution tools and actionable reporting.
  • Passion for ad creative, with the ability to brief, critique, and iterate content for performance.
  • Comfortable leading a small team while also rolling up sleeves.
  • A proactive self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation.
