As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Marketing team with a Performance Marketing Executive in our Ipswich Head Office.

Within this role, you will:

  • Play a key role in driving growth and visibility of the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines brand through paid digital channels.
  • Be responsible for delivering compelling, high-performing creative across PPC and Paid Social to acquire new customers.
  • Take a data-led approach to evaluate the effectiveness of paid digital activity to provide actionable insights that shape future activity.
  • Manage key partnerships such as Travelzoo, liaising with internal teams to source bespoke offers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous Digital Marketing experience.
  • An understanding of PPC and paid social media marketing platforms.
  • Experience using analytics software, such as GA4.
  • Strong proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
