Performance Marketing Executive

Role:Permanent – Hybrid (2 days per week office based and 3 days remote)

Hours:35 hours per week Monday to Friday

If you're a data-driven digital marketer who geeks out over campaign performance and loves crafting smart strategies that convert, we’d love to chat.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our passionate, lively, and driven marketing team. This is your chance to own paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads (including Performance Max), and beyond, driving real results and helping us grow!

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Running high-impact paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google Search & Display
  • Digging deep into performance data to spot trends and optimise like a pro
  • Planning, testing, and refining ad creatives and landing pages
  • Getting clever with audience segmentation, keyword targeting, and retargeting tactics
  • Collaborating with our teams across Engagement, Sales, and Data
  • Keeping tabs on competitors and surfacing ideas that put us ahead
  • Pitching in with SEO and CRO strategies (heatmaps and all!)

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (incl. Performance Max), GA4, and Looker Studio
  • Creativity with a strategic edge—you're not just pushing ads, you're telling stories that convert
  • Know your way around SEO, PPC, GDPR, and the marketing funnel
  • Experience with CRO, working with heatmapping tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar and Crazy Egg.
  • Bonus points for CMS experience (especially Umbraco), Google Tag Manager, or tools like Ahrefs
