The Role

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with our performance leads to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience fast and play a real part in shaping the growth of exciting B2C brands.

We’re looking for someone who’s data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited about testing, learning, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in building and launching paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX), TikTok Ads, and other channels
  • Monitor daily performance and flag opportunities or issues proactively
  • Assist in A/B testing strategy and implementation (audiences, creatives, landing pages, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team on briefs and asset requests
  • Help compile and analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights
  • Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and best practices in the performance marketing space
  • Contribute ideas in team brainstorms, planning meetings, and client reviews

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Comfortable working in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (training provided if needed)
  • Basic understanding of key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and a good head for numbers
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication
  • A growth mindset and a love for experimentation
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with ecommerce or DTC brands
