Role Overview: We seek a data-driven Performance Marketing, Email & Content Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategies, campaigns, and content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing: Develop and execute paid media strategies, optimize campaigns for ROI, and analyze performance metrics.
• Email Marketing & CRM: Plan and optimize email campaigns, automate workflows, conduct A/B testing, and create engaging content aligned with SEO and conversion best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in performance marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency in email tools (Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
