A leading brand in performance marketing is seeking a senior leader to shape their marketing effectiveness and growth. This role involves leading strategy, media buying, and building capability across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performance marketing and managing large media budgets. We’re on the lookout for a senior leader in performance marketing to shape how Virgin approaches marketing effectiveness & growth, media, and MarTech across the Group. You’ll lead marketing strategy, media planning and buying, measurement effectiveness, and marketing campaigns for the Virgin masterbrand and Virgin Red – professionalising how we optimise media and building enterprise-wide capability. This is a role for a strategic operator who’s equally comfortable influencing the C-suite and rolling up sleeves to deliver measurable impact.
