We have an opportunity for a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for the L'Artisan Parfumeur & Kama Ayurveda brands based in London.

You will manage digital media campaigns, overseeing Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media for both brands from planning to implementation across our global markets. You will be responsible for meeting revenue and CA&R targets.

You will own media activations for both brands at an exciting time, influencing campaigns from planning to content and execution.

What you'll get to do

  • Brief requirements into the brand team and finalize campaigns with agencies.
  • Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, fostering partner relationships, and optimizing commission structures to enhance performance, especially as a luxury brand.
  • Collaborate with Brand, ECommerce, and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
  • Report campaign performance to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. Provide recommendations and challenge agencies as needed.
  • Work with platform partners (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and Brand teams to create digital-first, optimized creative assets for channels, placements, and targeting.
  • Support international expansion of brand websites, understanding markets and audiences to adapt strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to keep the brand competitive and innovative in the fragrance industry.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Solid experience in a similar media role managing performance channels, ideally within Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, or DTC innovation-led businesses.

  • Experience partnering with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships across teams in the UK and internationally.

  • Various learning and development opportunities.
  • An international company with growth opportunities.
  • A competitive compensation & benefits package.
