Performance Manager (Wealth Management) - Cardiff

We are seeking a Performance Manager with previous experience managing financial advisors to join a prestigious financial advice firm. This is a leadership role focused on managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 15 Financial Advisers and 15 support staff, with plans for regional expansion.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of high-performing IFAs and support staff
  • Drive recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development
  • Build professional connections across the region, including Bridgend, Pontypool, Chepstow, Hereford, Aberystwyth, and Bristol
  • Support growth and advisor development without client fee pressures
  • Contribute to regional expansion plans

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing IFAs with leadership success
  • Strong recruitment and performance review skills
  • Experience conducting monthly 1-2-1s with advisers
  • Willingness to work in Cardiff office 3 days a week
