A leading water utilities company is seeking a Performance Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. The role includes managing operational staff to improve performance and ensure health and safety compliance. Candidates should have strong operational management experience and a valid driving license. The salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, with additional benefits like generous annual leave and a pension scheme.
We are looking for a Performance Manager to provide maternity cover for 12 Months starting in November.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced manager to lead and develop a maintenance team and day Operators based at our Riverside Site.
As the successful candidate, your role will be to drive their personal performance and improve overall engagement, whilst managing in line with HR policies and processes. Increasing customer service and operational performance within strict quality targets is vital to the success of this role and will be achieved in line with a strong health and safety focus.
Day-to-day activities will include managing a budget, ensuring statutory planned and reactive maintenance and driving a positive Health and Safety culture.
What you’ll be doing as a Performance Manager:
Base location: Riverside – Rainham, Essex - RM13 8QS
Working pattern or hours: 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
