Our vision is to be recognised as a provider of a world-class service for the protection of nuclear material and facilities. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital we recruit skilled and committed professionals to our first-class teams.
As our Performance Management Officer you will develop, implement and maintain measures of organisational performance, undertaking analysis and producing recommendations to drive improvements. You will contribute to the development of processes and provide management information to aid in strategic decision making.
We’re looking for someone with keen research and analytical skills to join our team to develop and maintain information systems and Power BI reports and maintain the Power BI database and user permissions. You’ll develop and implement the use of Power Automate to streamline data collection within the CNC and disseminate information to stakeholders in an easily understandable format. You will also maintain procedural documents for the creation of performance data reports, including metric definition records and audit trails.
To be successful in the role you will have knowledge and working experience of organisational performance management, statistic and information gathering techniques. You’ll be confident in using a range of ERP systems and extracting data. You’ll be an excellent user of Excel and spreadsheets, including Power Query and M formula language creation and modification – ideally you’ll be competent in using Power BI, but this isn’t essential – as we would support you to learn this on the job. You’ll be a confident communicator; both written and verbally, with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
