Job summary

Everton FC is seeking an Academy Performance Lifestyle Practitioner for Everton Women to support holistic development and performance within the PGA. You will work with Coaching, Medical and Performance teams to embed lifestyle strategies in daily academy life, helping players develop the skills, behaviours and mindset to maximise potential.

The role is based at Finch Farm (Liverpool area) with travel as required, 40 hours per week plus matchdays.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) and MSc in Psychology or Sports Psychology.
• HCPC registration or approved training route.
• Level 3 lifestyle certification or willingness to complete.
• UKAD Clean Sport certificate or willingness to complete.
• MHFA Youth or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance lifestyle support across the Women’s Academy.
• Build trusted relationships with players and understand their needs.
• Co-create tailored support within Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Support wellbeing, resilience, mindset, motivation and personal growth.
• Collaborate with Coaching, Medical and Performance MDT to integrate development.
