Job summary

Everton Football Club is seeking an Academy Performance Lifestyle Practitioner – Everton Women to support holistic development and performance within the Professional Games Academy. You will work with Coaching, Medical and Performance staff to embed performance lifestyle, psychological and behavioural strategies into daily practice.

You will help players develop skills, behaviours and mindsets to maximise potential, building strong one-to-one relationships and delivering tailored IDP guidance

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of psychological, behavioural and lifestyle factors that influence performance and development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a genuinely player-centred approach.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment and understanding the needs of female athletes and safeguarding commitments.

Responsibilities

• Delivering performance lifestyle and holistic player support across the Women’s Academy.
• Building trusted relationships with players and understanding their needs and goals.
• Co-creating tailored support within Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Supporting wellbeing, resilience, mindset, lifestyle, motivation and personal responsibility.
• Collaborating with Coaching, Medical and Performance teams to integrate development across MDT.
• Supporting players through key stages and transitions in their development pathways.
• Delivering education and development programmes for players.
• Identifying wellbeing or lifestyle concerns and coordinating with colleagues.
