We are building something special at Alpine Endurance Team.

As part of our long-term plan to compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), we are looking to expand our talented team with motivated individuals committed to excellence.

Within the Trackside Engineering Team, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Performance Engineer.

Performance Engineer - The Role

Reporting to the Head of Trackside Engineering, the Driver & Performance Engineer will oversee activities related to driving and car performance, including driver analysis and vehicle performance analysis, primarily chassis-related, but also encompassing vehicle systems.

Performance Engineer - The Person

The ideal candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree, with a strong understanding of driving analysis tools and vehicle dynamics and systems knowledge for performance analysis.

Additional requirements include:

  • Proficiency with software such as HHDM, HH Timing, MM Wintax & Sysma, MATLAB, Canopy (advantageous)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Endurance racing experience (WEC/ELMS/Asian LMS/Formula 1/Formula E) is highly recommended
  • Solid knowledge of LMP-style cars is essential
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
