We are building something special at Alpine Endurance Team.

As part of our long-term plan to compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), we are looking to expand our talented team with motivated individuals who can contribute significantly to our pursuit of excellence.

Within the Trackside Engineering Team, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Performance Engineer.

Performance Engineer - The Role

Reporting to the Head of Trackside Engineering, the Driver & Performance Engineer will manage activities related to driving and car performance. This includes driver analysis, car performance analysis (mainly chassis-related), and system performance review.

Performance Engineer - The Person

The successful candidate will hold an engineering or relevant degree. They should have a strong understanding of driving analysis tools, vehicle dynamics, and system knowledge for performance analysis.

Additional requirements include:

• Knowledge of software used within Alpine Endurance Team such as HHDM, HH Timing, MM Wintax & Sysma, MATLAB, Canopy is advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience in this role.

• Endurance trackside experience (WEC/ELMS/Asian LMS/Formula 1/Formula E) is highly recommended.

• Solid knowledge of LMP-style cars is essential.

• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
