As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in continuous coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results.

  1. Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritising nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modelling a coaching culture within the management team.
  2. Create a culture where all guests feel valued and cared for, ensuring that every interaction reflects exceptional service, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  3. Actively drive sales through your team, creating challenging and achievable targets, supporting the General Manager with budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing. Understanding the business and local area to support commercial decision making.
  4. Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
  5. Really want to understand your team and their needs, recognising what drives them, allowing them to nourish and flourish in their role and career.
