Job Responsibility:

The Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa (EMEAA) regional team is responsible for the strategy, management, growth and profitability of IHG's most diverse region, and performance of a portfolio of hotels in exciting destinations.

The region operates over 1,000 open hotels through three Business Units: Europe, India, Middle East & Africa, and East Asia & Pacific.

Your day to day

The Hotel Performance Delivery Manager provides strategic hotel business performance consultation and IHG specialist service support to hotel management across Europe, virtually. Building strong relationships by providing support on revenue generation and ensuring brand values are reflected at each property.

  • Deliver performance-driving virtual consulting sessions for hotel GMs and leadership teams focused on IHG tools, best practices, and commercial performance.
  • Build strong rapport with hotel leaders whilst serving as a resource to provide information and refer to appropriate specialty areas for service.
  • Understand IHG reporting and identify opportunities to drive operational and commercial performance.
  • Build relationships within a vast and matrix-led organisation like IHG.
  • Amend IHG-related business links that affect day-to-day operations.
  • Enhance communications and links between IHG and hotels.

What we need from you

  • Fluency in a European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Turkish) is beneficial.
  • In-depth experience in hotel operations and functions is required, with over 4 years of progressive work-related experience and demonstrated proficiency in customer service.
  • The Hotel Performance Delivery Manager will be a self-starter, quick learner, and able to build strong relationships within a vast organisation.
  • You will have the aptitude to collaborate and influence at all levels.
