We do this by combining easyJet’s vast flight programme with 6300 handpicked hotels and best-in-class technology to provide the perfect package holiday. We launched in 2019 and since then we have:

  • Become the fastest growing, lowest cost, highest margin travel business in the UK
  • Delivered significant profits to the easyJet group, and are on track to deliver £250 million in profits for the current financial year
  • Launched an award-winning sustainability strategy with a focus on making a positive impact on the local communities that make our holidays so special
  • Doubled the size of our team year-on-year, and been named as of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work for 3 consecutive years – winning in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
  • Expanded our business into Europe, with Switzerland announced as our first source market
  • We’re an ambitious bunch and we don’t intend on stopping here. We want to lead the industry and become the holiday provider of choice, and to do this we’re building remarkable teams with modern ways of working.

At the heart of easyJet Holidays' ambitious growth plans is our technology team. With a significant portfolio of change on the horizon, this team is crucial in propelling us towards our goal of industry leadership. The Technical Delivery Lead plays a vital role within our Delivery capability, serving as a key liaison among our digital product teams, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders.

The Performance & Delivery Lead is tasked with driving operational excellence by embedding Agile principles and optimising workflows across product teams. This role is essential in enabling high-performing teams, promoting collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to align with our organisational goals.

    What you'll be doing:

As our Performance & Delivery Lead, you'll communicate and influence at all levels to define and monitor relevant metrics that connect with shop floor processes for performance improvement. You will provide in-depth data analysis for decision-making to ensure reliable delivery and visibility of value streams. Additionally, you will support organisational change management and scale Agile practices across teams. Leading process performance management, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement will be key. You will also coach and mentor teams, enhancing Agile adoption and delivering high-performing results. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to proactively manage risks and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and delivery speed is also crucial.

You'll also demonstrate ownership and delivery by motivating teams to deliver consistent results, making timely decisions, and resolving root causes of problems to prevent recurrence. Inspirational leadership will be important, as you will need to communicate strategies effectively, manage and mentor teams to achieve high performance, and tackle under-performance swiftly. Your ability to identify opportunities for improvement, lead and support change initiatives, and thrive in ambiguous environments will be tested. Building strong cross-functional relationships, communicating proactively, and leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance decision-making will also be essential.
