We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist, a role that combines data analysis, creative direction, and strategic thinking to produce high-quality social media content. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging ads, generating innovative ideas, and shaping creative strategies based on insights and data. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external creators, ensuring timely delivery of impactful content. Our ideal candidate is passionate about social media, data-driven creativity, and making a positive societal impact through innovative advertising.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading ideation workshops and creating compelling idea decks
• Overseeing post-shoot content production and testing formats
• Writing clear, strategic creative briefs
• Managing creative workstreams from concept to delivery
• Collaborating with teams and freelancers to maintain quality and timeliness
• Translating ad data and insights into creative directions
