Are you passionate about social media and creative content? We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist to turn content into high-performing social ads. You will analyze data, lead post-shoot content creation, brainstorm innovative ideas, and shape creative strategies. This role requires a mix of detective work, creative direction, and strategic insight to produce impactful content that resonates and drives results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing ad account data to identify successful strategies and insights
  • Leading the transformation of raw footage into engaging ads
  • Generating creative ideas and leading brainstorms
  • Writing clear, outcome-focused creative briefs
  • Managing the full creative workflow from concept to delivery
  • Collaborating with creators and internal teams to ensure quality and timeliness

Success in this role will be reflected in high-impact content, insightful workstreams, trusted client relationships, and a confident creative team. Our clients work on meaningful projects such as mental health support, environmental sustainability, health innovations, and education.
