Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist who will play a pivotal role in transforming content from our performance-focused production shoots into high-quality creative content for paid social campaigns. This role involves data analysis, creative ideation, and strategic content creation, with opportunities to participate in shoots.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing ad performance data to uncover insights.
  • Leading the post-shoot process to create engaging ads from raw footage.
  • Generating creative ideas solo and in team brainstorms.
  • Developing and writing clear briefs for creative assets.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of creative projects from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and freelancers to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Translating audience insights into strategic creative directions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with content creators.
  • Use data and insights to inform creative strategies.
