We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist, a role that combines creative strategy, account management, and social video expertise, to join Bright/Shift in Lincoln, UK. The role involves turning content from performance-focused shoots into high-quality creative assets for paid social campaigns, with opportunities to participate in shoots.

The ideal candidate is data-savvy, creative, proactive, and passionate about impactful social media content. Responsibilities include data analysis, leading post-shoot content creation, ideation, shaping creative strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and freelancers. You will also translate ad data and insights into strategic creative directions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead ideation workshops and create engaging idea decks.

  • Maintain relationships with content creators and freelancers.
