We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist, a role that combines creative strategy, account management, and social video expertise. You will be responsible for turning content from production shoots into high-quality creative assets for paid social campaigns, participating in shoots, and developing insights from data to inform creative strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading ideation workshops and creating compelling idea decks.
• Collaborating on post-shoot content and mapping formats and messaging.
• Writing clear, outcome-driven creative briefs.
• Managing the full lifecycle of creative workstreams.
• Ensuring quality and timely delivery of assets.
