Are you a creative strategist, account manager, and social video enthusiast rolled into one? We are looking for a Performance Creative Alchemist to join Bright/Shift in Bristol. In this role, you'll transform content from our production shoots into high-quality creative assets for paid social campaigns, participating in shoots and driving creative strategy based on data insights.

We value attitude and hunger over experience, so don’t worry if you feel you lack some proof—just bring your passion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading ideation workshops and creating engaging idea decks
• Collaborating on post-shoot asset development
• Writing clear, outcome-driven creative briefs
• Overseeing creative workstreams from concept to delivery
• Managing relationships with freelancers and creators
• Translating data and insights into strategic creative directions

Ideal candidates are passionate about social media, data, and storytelling, and are excited to work on projects supporting social good causes like mental health, environmental sustainability, and health innovations.

Tools used include Foreplay, Motion, Meta ad library, Slack, Bright/Tracker, and Creative Pipeline, with opportunities to leverage internal AI tools.
