About The Role: £25,500 plus up to £500 quarterly bonus. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about people. The IT Performance team plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting onboarding, performance management, and time & attendance. We drive positive change through initiatives like our internal training program and the rollout of the progression plan.
