Job summary

Marsh in London is recruiting a Performance Reporting Analyst within Mercer’s Investment Solutions unit. This hybrid role offers home working for up to 2 days, with 3 days in the London office, focusing on performance analytics, attribution, and reporting for large institutional clients.

You will produce performance attribution, portfolio analytics, client reports, and ad hoc performance analysis across multi-asset portfolios, respond to client queries, and participate in client meetings as

Qualifications

• Demonstrable, relevant experience in performance analytics, portfolio reporting, attribution, within financial services, asset management, or a related investments focused environment.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Ideally working toward CFA or CIPM.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and review performance attribution and reporting accurately and on time
• Produce reports for investment committees and trustee boards
• Work with custodians, external managers, and portfolio managers
• Respond to client queries and explain performance insights clearly
• Write investment and market commentary
• Help improve processes and efficiency through automation
