William Rose Associates is currently partnering with an established financial services firm based in London, which is looking for a Performance & Attribution Analyst to join the business on a 12-month FTC.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Performance & Attribution Analyst, FTC

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance and attribution analysis is essential. Candidates with purely client reporting backgrounds will only be considered if they also have hands-on exposure to performance and attribution.
• Proficiency in systems such as FactSet, Bloomberg, or Advent (APX) is highly desirable.
• Exposure to traditional investment products (long-only equity and fixed income strategies).

You’ll be responsible for producing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc investment reports, analysing portfolio data, and generating custom analytics to support business and management decisions.
