The individual appointed to this role will play a critical part in supporting operational effectiveness and continuous improvement within the directorate through robust data analysis, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is key to ensuring that both routine and ad hoc data needs are met efficiently, supporting evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. The post holder will take ownership of designing, maintaining, and updating a variety of digital tools and reporting mechanisms to provide high-quality, accurate, and timely data.
