Job summary

Compass Children's Homes is seeking a highly organised administrator to support learning, development and qualification activities. You will manage learner records, coordinate training communications and arrange events, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

You will produce management information, handle stakeholder queries and process purchase orders via Planergy, contributing to effective performance monitoring and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience within Learning & Development, HR, Education or Training environments is desirable, as is experience of qualification or certification administration.
  • Knowledge of the AQA Unit Award Scheme would be an advantage.

About The Role
