About The Role
Role: Performance and Data Analyst
Location: Chorley and South Ribble
Contract: Full time (36.25 hours per week) / Permanent
Salary: £33,366 - £37,938

Are you a dynamic individual that’s passionate about using data and performance management to drive continuous improvement within organisations? As a Performance and Data Analyst, you will be the driving force behind both Chorley Council and South Ribble Council's success, ensuring we can confidently deliver outstanding outcomes to our residents as identified in the Corporate Strategies.
In this role, you will establish strong and lasting business relationships with services and senior managers. Using a data-based approach and deep understanding of service level delivery, you will be a catalyst for continuous organisational improvement by providing strategic insight and supporting service level decision-making. The role will also be pivotal in embedding and maintaining our Shared Performance Management Framework, ensuring data quality and strong corporate oversight.
