The Performance & Business Intelligence Team offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join as Business Analytics Manager. We seek a motivated, proactive, self-driven individual eager to make a meaningful impact within our small team.

You will produce performance reports, develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI, and create/run SQL queries to support operational, managerial, and NHS data needs. Strong data analysis skills and a focus on quality, alongside meeting deadlines, are crucial.

The primary purpose of this role is to support performance improvement and sustainability through developing and managing performance management processes, providing assurance, and delivering business intelligence to various stakeholders.
